I can collaborate with you and will handle the selection process of materials and finishes throughout the entire home. The cabinetry finishes, countertops, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting fixtures, flooring material, and more.

This service is all about giving you the confidence to make the best decisions so you can love your new home. It all begins with the Initial Consultation process where we will establish priorities, allocations and timelines.

What’s Included:

  • Flooring Selection: Carpet, Hardwood, Tile

  • Floor Tile, Backsplash & Grout recommendations

  • Kitchen Selections: Choose materials for Countertops, Cabinet Finish/Color, Backsplash, Style of Hardware

  • Lighting and Light Planning

  • Electrical: Decide where to place electrical outlets for lighting fixtures, recessed, feature lighting and more

  • Paint Color Story for Walls, Ceiling and Trim

  • Plumbing: Figure out where plumbing fixtures would be best suited

  • Interior Door & Bathroom Hardware

  • Smart Home Options
