Styling & Decor

In essence, interior design styling services revamp spaces through careful furniture, decor, color, accessory selection and arrangement. The end result is a beautiful, well designed space that mirrors your style within budget. Allowing me to style your home will ensure I am bringing out your homes best features. Elevating your space and your peace of mind.

WHATS INCLUDED:

  • A one hour in home consultation to assess the space.

  • A mini presentation with a concept board to show all the artwork, mirrors, window treatments, rugs, pillows and larger accessories. No furniture is included in this service. If larger furniture pieces are needed, I will recommend the Full Service design option.

  • 8-12 weeks from start to finish including product management.

  • White glove delivery service and setup.

  • I include two hours with my handyman to help with hanging art (oversized pieces not included).

  • Service fee starts at $2,500 per room plus a minimum of $10,000 per room for styling items, plus freight. I will assess the space and make recommendations for a realistic product budget.

THIS SERVICE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

Design fee must be used within a 90-day period. If you have time remaining after the 90-day period, time will expire and be voided. There will be no refunds for unused time.

NOTE: Designer By Your Side is not an immediate help service or call-line. All meetings must be scheduled in advance during regular office hours (Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00 PM / Saturday and Sunday Closed).

This package is for those who want update their existing kitchen or bath, add value to your home and do it without breaking the bank! Kitchens and bathrooms are tricky and complicated territories to navigate, my expertise can make strategic design decisions that will elevate the space in ways they you might not have thought of.

It generally takes around 30 to 45 hours for full kitchen designs and depending on size 15 to 20 hours for bathroom design and specification. Of course, your project could be different, so we’ll discuss your needs and outline your Scope of work during our Initial Consultation!

Whats Included:

Actual material samples curated to fit your style, function and vision for your project ie; tile, countertop, cabinet finishes, paint colors, hardware, fixtures, etc. You will receive one round of revisions to refine you wishes to after the presentation.

  1. Proposals and bids from trusted trades people who can execute the project for you.

  2. Conceptual Design Board to communicate your Kitchen or Bath project on a cohesive level throughout.

  3. Guidance, feedback and insight from me on how to proceed with the project so that you are comfortable, confident and knowledgable about your project.

1. Onboarding

Fill out a design questionnaire to give me information about your project, an idea of your style, needs, and budget.

2. Virtual Designer Meeting

We will meet via Zoom to discuss your project in greater detail. Be prepared to share your vision, preferences and any inspiration you may have. This meeting is very collaborative and will provide design direction. Any photos, links and other considerations will help me hone in on your style and bring your vision to life.

3. Space Assessment

Following the Zoom, you will receive access to an online portal where you will prepare and upload necessary documents. With my guided instructions, you will gather accurate room dimensions, photos and any existing furniture or decor pieces you’d like to incorporate.

4. Concept Creation

I'll create a custom design plan for your space, including a Mood Board, Color Story, Floor-plan layouts, and Initial Product suggestions. You will be able to review and give your collaborative feedback to be considered during the next step.

5. Design Refinement

Based on the your feedback, adjustments and refinements will be made to the Design Plan. You can discuss changes to the design, color choices, or product selections before we finalize the plan.

Once the design is approved, you will have access to the comprehensive design plan that will include: Detailed layout, a list of recommended products, and a shopping list with links to purchase items. This package serves as a valuable resource for you as you embark upon transforming your space.

7. Client Implementation:

With the Step by Step instructions, you will have all you need to execute your plan. This allows you to complete your transformation at your own pace with a clear vision in place.

All designs start with an Initial Consultation, this package gives the power of a makeover without altering the bones of your home. Projects can involve the entire home, single or multiple rooms to achieve a cohesive fresh design. In White Glove Full Service Furnishing, I develop a design plan from construction to furnishing, installation and decorating. I handle all the aesthetic details needed for your dream home from start to finish so that all you need to do is enjoy the experience!

(Full Service may or may not include construction. Service applies to fully executed decorating services even if you already own some of the furnishings that will be used.)

  • PHASE 1: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
